BIO:

Marjorie Moulin has worked for over 15 years in the fast-paced corporate world of finance downtown Toronto in a variety of roles from Team Management to Sales and HR Corporate Training. After experiencing firsthand the damaging effects of occupational stress and mental burnout, she has since extensively researched the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, NLP, mindfulness, and the Science of Happiness at Work.

As a co-founder of Happy Fuel, Marjorie is passionate about working with leading companies to bring awareness about the principles of the Science of Happiness and the critical modern problems it solves in the workplace, including mindful leadership and employees’ mental fitness, positive resonance, and personal and professional growth.

As a researcher in the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, NLP, mindfulness, and the Science of Happiness, Marjorie has a diploma in Mental Health Studies and Stress Management. She is certified in Positive Psychology, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction) and “The Science of Happiness” from U.C. Berkeley. She is also an internationally recognized Laughter Wellness Teacher who has trained and certified others as facilitators in both Canada and France for over 15 years. She is an engaging speaker and recently did a presentation at TEDx in Toronto on the power of unconditional happiness.

Through presentations and workshops in both English and French, Marjorie shares perspective-changing insights, experiential strategies, tools, and the key principles of the science of Happiness at Work, along with some fun and laughter to help organizations and employees be better at stress and create happier workplaces.
